  • Location: Returns are accepted for USA orders only, processed through our partners CJDropshipping and Selfnamed.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, per FDA regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skin, body, or hair care products (e.g., BodyShield Lotion, Hair Zen Oil).
  • Gift cards or digital products.
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional event (e.g., discounted bundles).
  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved grooming kits).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To return an eligible product, follow these steps:

  • Receive a Return Label: We’ll provide a prepaid USA shipping label via CJDropshipping or Selfnamed, typically within 2-3 business days.
  • Package the Item: Securely pack the unopened product in its original packaging, including any manuals or accessories (e.g., for the Zentarys Trimmer).
  • Ship the Return: Drop off the package at a designated carrier location using the provided label.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Inspection: We verify the product’s condition (unopened, unused) within 3-5 business days of receipt.
  • Refund Issuance: Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Cartpanda within 7-10 business days.
  • Refund Amount: Includes the product price, excluding original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item).

For customer-initiated returns (e.g., change of mind), the prepaid label is provided, but the original shipping fee is non-refunded.
