Zentarys currently ships exclusively to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to international destinations, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $50 (5-7 business days).
  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate (5-7 business days).
  • Expedited Shipping: $12.99 flat rate (2-3 business days).

All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout via Cartpanda’s secure international gateway.

  • Investigation: We’ll work with CJDropshipping to locate your package or issue a replacement/refund, per our Returns Policy.

  • Resolution: We’ll provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item (with Clean at Sephora certified products) or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
